Had to change my appointment a couple times. Very accommodating and understood my busy schedule. Stephen called in the morning to say he was on his way. Told him I needed something closer to 1:00. He called the office and all was set up when I called at 1:00 to see when tech would be here. Stephen called me back a couple minutes later and said he would be here in 15 minutes, and he was. Lower prices.
I got upsold on the pet treatment from 500 to 828 based on the tech. Hitting the carpet with the black light and seeing all the stains. So we spent the extra 300 to have service done when all it was was and extra layer of spray that took 15 min to put down. Also i was told the carpet wouldnt be crunchy. So we purchased a black light after and stains were all still there. The carpet is crunchy in areas and doesnt look any better then if we went with the 500 basic service which is still alot for carpet cleaning but i got pulled in by the 100 commercial. I would like to have the extra i paid for the pet service refunded. The techs were very friendly knowledgeable.

I like that they don’t use harsh chemicals- but do have the ability to remove stains/odors.
We are delighted with the Zerores carpet treatment we received. The technician was friendly, hard-working, and efficient. A year and a half of accumulated dirt and pet accidents are gone! It feels like we're living in a new house again. We plan on becoming regular customers.
