Zerorez is VERY thorough when cleaning our carpets. We have used them in the past and that’s what made us call again.
Their employees explain everything, starting with the issues and what can be done. They break down everything and do not push product on you. They recommend, but don’t push.
I will continue to use Zerorez for our carpet cleaning when needed.

I was extremely impressed with our recent Zerorez rug cleaning. Our rugs are 12 years old and never been professionally cleaned. The result was amazing. The technician was most accommodating. He actually moved some small pieces of furniture for us. We were so pleased with the work that we have scheduled them to come clean our floor tile. I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.
The service people were very professional, kind, and patient. Chris and Marcus did an excellent job and Chris explained additional services that I needed due to our pet stains which made a huge difference in the final cleaning. I’m very pleased with the final outcome.
