This was my first experience using Zerorez and I am extremely happy with the service. The technician, Victor, arrived on time, was very professional, got right to work, and really did a great job. The staff was very professional. Handled everything great. What we didn't like was the "upselling". We had 3 very small spots that showed dog urine with the black light and were told it would be $70.00 to spray on the chemicals. I don't know how much the chemicals cost to mix up, but $70.00 for about 5 inches square area?
Then we got a quote to clean the tile, in addition to the 99 free square feet and it came to $1.25 per tile to clean? $1.25 per tile? Your staff really tried hard to defend it's pricing, but we felt that the measurements were wrong since we have a bay window in the kitchen. We declined to have it done and will get a second opinion.
I have to say, your staff handled everything fantastic, very professional even when we declined to pay for the upselling part, and declined even the free ceaning of the tile. It was just too expensive.
Your process leaves the carpets and tile clean and fresh as advertised. My carpets were dry in a very short amount of time and weren’t stiff and crunchy like other cleaning companies they were soft and perfectly clean. As for my tile and grout it looks new again. Your technicians were both courteous and professional and I would highly recommend Zerorez to anybody that is looking for this type of service.
