The carpet is stiff and not as clean as I would like it. Asked for a quote on cleaning my tile. Did not want it sealed. Also had the discount coupon of 100 square feet free. The quote was still over 300.00. Excessive. Wish I had it in writing. Will not not recommend not use this company again.

We really like how the carpets turn out after the cleaning... We are very happy with Will, his customer service is great and we wish we could request him everytime...
First, the odor/fumes from the cleaning was so powerful that I had to keep opening the door for fresh air because I was getting a headache. As a result I could not sleep in my house and had to spend the night at a friends house. When I got home it still smelled but not as strong and the carpeting was still real damp, that my socks were damp from walking on the carpet. Also, there are still a few spots in the bedroom, the entrance to the closet is partially clean and 2nd bedroom has a few spots. I paid $177. but was not pleased with the work. I called Sunday morning when I got back home but your office was closed.
