I really like your product and the way my carperts look and feel after you are done with them.
I don't know, was just expecting a better out come. I wanted to be blown away.
The men who performed the service were wonderful and knowledgeable. I was not thrilled with the $436.00 price as I have never paid even half that for this service even when I included the deep cleaning and the stain retardant. Otherwise everything was fine.
HAVING to refinish the floor after cleaning.
All color and finish was removed due to cleaning.
Spent a small fortune to have the finish removed from floor now spending a small fortune having the floor redone.

Was a bit expensive. However, the work was completed professionally and in a reasonably amount of time. This service included floor tile cleaning with a seal of the grout. The next service will be just the carpets and should be less expensive. The bottom line is that the wife is happy.
