there was some spots left on the carpet. even when I paid the extra $ 35. per room for the extra care, I will ask for those 2 room to be redone. I only use your services, but this time it was not the best.

You quoted one price and charged a lot higher. You come in and say this needs "deep cleaning". What does that take, an extra 5 minutes? You obviously have a strategy to upsell other things to get the price up. So you quoted $210 and charged $363. You also strongly tried to sell de-ordorizing. I am glad I did not take it. There is no residual smell from the carpet. If you have to charge extra for your best efforts, then your ordinary efforts are not good enough.

I was more expensive than I thought. I was quoted $99 for three rooms. Since the living room has two very large area rugs, you only had to clean a strip. The one bedroom is quite small and again not a lot of area to clean given the furniture. Same goes with the the 2nd bedroom. They did clean the tile in the kitchen but again not a big area. While he put a special coating on it wasn't worth $300.
Not sure what the reason is that after treatment the machine used to clean the carpets left large dark triangles all over the carpet. Fix that problem and my review would be way better.
I specifically stated to the CSR that of the 3 rooms I only wanted 2 rooms treated for pet stains and I mentioned that to the tech. He treated 3 rooms and charged for the 3rd room. Also the tech utilized a light showing the pet stains [that is when I alerted him to not treat our bedroom because the pets do not leave the back portion of the house] and when he finished the project I used the light to see the results and found that the tech missed a good portion of the pets stains. During the initial discussion he explained the green/blue issue that the light shows there were many stains that were green when some stains were turning blue.
The service did not leave me with a good feeling because if I did not check the service with the light the job would have half complete.
