Everything about our experience with your company was better than we have ever experienced before. The person taking our initial call was very pleasant and helpful. We were notified the day before by E-mail and then a call 1/2 hour before arrival. The person cleaning our carpets was funny and very nice and even gave us booties to wear to protect our carpet until it dried. It has never looked or smelled better and your price was very reasonable. Thank you and I will be calling you the next time our carpets need cleaning

The Tech was professional and for the most part did a great job. The only complaint I have is we had him clean out tile grout in addition to our carpet. He was only able to remove about seventy percent of the dirt from the grout. It was okay but he advised he would be able to clean the grout so that is what I expected. More importantly, I expected the tile to be clean as it was when he started. He left a soap film on the tile which we had to clean after it dried and he left.
We appreciate the quality of your service and the representative who cleaned our carpets.
