I have used your Capet cleaning service three times. Unfortunately your cleaners are not consistent. For example, the 2nd cleaner was great. He went above my expectations. He used a carpet cleaner that spinned over my carpet, and it came out beautiful. The 1st and 3rd cleaner sprayed the carpet with solution and then used a device that vacuumed up the moisture. My Capet does look better, but their is still many spots all over my carpet. I got on my hands and knees and scribed some of the spots out. Even though I am disappointed with the service, I was pleased with the friendly attitude your cleaners showed me.
My room did not smell when I returned home late that day.
If was fast and and officiate and the results are very satisfactory! The guys were friendly and helpful.

I've used Zerorez for many years and they never disappoint. I have white carpet in two rooms that is over 20 years old and they make it look like it was installed yesterday!
We are satisfied with cleaning that was done. Service man should change shoe booties from outside to inside.
