Your technician was very neat and did a great job, but I will not use your service again. My husband is 89 and a 100% disabled veteran. I am 87 and have a neuromuscular disease that causes severe muscle weakness. We were told we should vacumn our carpet before we had you clean it and we were told the technician would not move furniture. I think those requirements are too much for most seniors. I would pay more for the cleaning if we didn't have to do all the preliminary work.

Professional service and technicians
The cleaning was good, customer service good, the hoses left marks on my walls and the rep moved my daughters play tent and it broke which was fine but didn’t say a word about it breaking to me before leaving. That was dissapointing.
I’m delighted with the service provided! I am completely satisfied with the end result & was very comfortable having Steven, the technician in my home.

The promotions make it worthwhile. I have a couple of rooms that have old carpet and they look refreshed. But when you are retired and have a budget you need all the help you can get. The promotions give you a little for your money.

I filled out the pervious request for a review. The techs were great! Multiple emails is getting annoying. I received a thank you email via google maps. Check there if you if you didn’t not see what I wrote. Thank you for limiting your requests for my feedback from now on.

I was super happy with the service I received from Zerorez. The scheduling was super easy and convenient, they arrived on time and gave me a call when they were about 20 minutes out. Our carpets looked amazing after they were done and continue to look good 1+ months out. He also gave me tips for cleaning up after our puppy that will help keep the carpets looking amazing. Thank you so much!
I was really happy with the results. Reggie did an awesome job and work really hard to get the stains out. My carpet looked fabulous after the job and has stayed looking clean.

That you only use water, and your people are prompt and efficient and good to work with.
Technician took a 15 dump in my bathroom and drink up the whole place. Unprofessional. I thought he just had to pre when he asked to use the bathroom. Didn't want to move the furniture. 35 charge per room extra is excessive for few pet stains
I already posted a review so here goes again. Techs were on time and very professional. They made recommendations to increase my satisfaction with the cleaning process. I did add the cleaning of the tiles into my package. I have and will continue to recommend your service.
