I didn't know if my carpet would come clean because it had been so long in between cleanings. Zerorez did a great job. The carpet looks great. Carlos was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use zerorez again.

After my carpet was dried, it’s super crunchy and the smell isn’t that great.... it has a slight urine/cleaner smell.
The technician left a huge puddle of water one front entry way where I have fake hardwood floors.
I don’t think I’ll use or recommend zerorez

Luis did a great job cleaning my bedroom carpet. However, when given the price of my throw rugs throughout the rest of the house, the price was ridiculous!! I then gave him your ad showing that any room would be around $39.00 I believe. I threw the ad away. He gave me the total price which also included a service charge of another $99.00 just to come out. After he called your management, they charged me $49.00 so I went ahead with just the bedroom carpet, omitting all the throw rugs.
You flyer is very deceptive .
My carpet looks brand new! Victor was extremely prompt, polite and professional. He explained all the options we had for cleaning and did not pressure us with a long sales pitch. He was quick and efficient and was finished before we knew it. I will use Zerorez again and have been telling everybody I know to give them a shot.

I already called and explained. Tech was fine, but 170 bucks for pet cleaning instead of the 35 i’ve been paying. I also couldn’t move furniture as I usually do ahead of the tech, so a lot of the carpet wasn’t done. I am selling the house in a few months, i’ll be using a different company. I usually get Rob, but the fact that your margins can swing form 35 to 170 means some poor a hole is actually paying 170 when I was paying 35. Sorry.

The tech said I was a great candidate for zerorez but the smell remained. The downstairs was done a second time but the pet smell was back in hours (up and down). Both times the carpet remained wet for days. I placed a call in and was told I'd receive a call about how to proceed but no one called. I steam cleaned the downstairs myself and its 90% better. The multiple dirty water buckets were black, just days after zerorez cleaned. How could my home machine be better than 2 zerorez treatments? I paid a lot of money but put in all the labor myself to get it done. Before the first cleaning I asked about a satisfaction guarantee but no one said anything about it being void if I cleaned it myself. Now that the downstairs is void and I can't get my money back, the least we can do is the upstairs again. I've moved in, the carpet isn't exposed because of furniture and boxes and I'm leaving on a trip for 2 weeks. The delay in phone call eliminated the possibility of correcting this situation and I want at least a partial refund. Zerorez was worthless in this home and the carpets weren't even in bad shape. I'm just a new tenant who didn't want any dirt from other tenants.

The best carpet cleaning ever. We have used many over the years and there is no comparison to Zerorez. Our home is over twenty five years old with the original light lime green carpet. After our last cleaning with ZeroRez it looks almost like it was just installed. Amazing! Also your technicians were very fast, efficient and courteous. They should get a raise!!

Zerorez is everything it advertises to be. The staff is courteous and the technicians are friendly, informative and well trained. My carpet was quite dirty and I was amazed at how clean it came out. I will be recommending Zerorez to family, friends and coworkers. Will I use Zerorez again...absolutely yes!🤗👍
