Really had high hopes for this service but unfortunately the real world results were completely lackluster. We had a pet accident on our brand new couch. Guardian Warranty denied the claim because it didn't leave a stain and only an odor.
Fast forward we we're quoted $88.00 over the phone to do two pieces of our sectional. Guy gets here and looks completely stoned. Kept repeating himself and asking me the same questions over and over and his eyes were super glossy. He tells me it'll be $108.00 not $88.00. I figure no big deal as long as it gets fixed.
Doesn't really matter to me as long as my couches get cleaned. Guy doesn't use any pet treatment or pre-treatment just the water from the machine. Odor is still very strong after his first pass. I ask him about the pre treatment he mentioned earlier and asked why he didn't use it. He said because of the material and the couches looked nice. I read the care instructions for the couch and it said just don't use solutions containing acetone or alcohol. He didn't confirm it didn't have it but said he'd give it a shot.
He uses the pre treatment and odor is still present but the orange smell is kind of masking it. He goes over one cushion but not both later for the third pass. Later he said for the third pass on the one cushion he used a pet treatment solution. I let the couches dry and the odor is still present. I'm wondering why the pet treatment wasn't used from the beginning since I mentioned it was a pet accident and had a strong odor.
$110.00 down the drain...

I like the service and how timely the representative was. He answered all of my questions and was willing to do more jobs that I asked him to complete. They kept our home clean when they left.
1. The special is three rooms for I believe t was 89$$ (90$??). If you add a 4th or 5th or even a 6th, the rate goes to 40$ for those rooms. Next time, I will book only three rooms for the special rate and then book another visit for the same special rate. Less cost for me and significant more cost for you (travel, setup, etc).
2. I asked about the tile cleaning and frankly, the cost seems much too much. 1800$ for the tile cleaning is simply not going to happen. I can't believe you get many takers.
3. The tech did a good job and I am satisfied with the carpet, looks great. Personable, good rep of the company.

Efficient work
My tile looks like new. Servicemen were polite and moved any furniture.
I was quoted a price on the phone when workers arrived price doubled, tile was nice and cleaned but still had large water puddles that I had to dry.
