This appeared to be a very difficult job to me and I thought I was going to have to tear up portion of the rugs as they would be not be able to be saved.

Very professional! Outstanding work on spot treatments
My carpets look like they are brand new. I moved into a condo last year and after a few months the stains were really starting to show. I renewed my lease but they wouldn't clean my carpets so I went with Zerorez. I spent more than was advertised but I also opted for a more intense cleaning because I was embarrassed about the stains. The gentleman who cleaned my carpet did a great job. It took about an hour for the 3 rooms but he did a few things to each room.
Everything was great, floors look good, your tech was nice, but was a little late.

Service is good but prices are very high, should be more reasonable. If prices were more reasonable I would get a lot more work done from you.
Quick response time for appointments, professional team.
I have used Zerorez numerous times and I have always had good service. This last time was just a different experience. He was in and out of my house in 33 minutes (looked up the arrival/departure on my Ring monitor) doing a master bedroom, walk-in closet, a great room and an extra bedroom. In the past, I had only had the great room, the bedroom and the walk-in closet done and they were here for a minimum of an hour, if not more.
My carpets have soap residue on them-it feels sticky and stiff in several places. I do have to say this probably was not the best experience nor the best cleaning of my carpets that I have had. We had pet issues, informed him of it, and typically an odor enzyme cleaner is put down. This was never offered nor to our knowledge done. In addition there was never any offering of having the carpet scotch guarded.
On the pre-work authorization, after I had said that we had a deceased dog who had urinated on the floor, there is no checkmark on the biological issues indicating that it was treated for this.
All in all, I have to say this was not a good experience. Bottom line-disappointing.
The intial call, estimate, appointment confirmation and actual service was all very professional and went very smoothly. The appearance of the carpets after is just outstanding. All around excellent service.
Your boys, Victor and I believe the other one was Justin, were amazing! They were so helpful in explaining how everything works.. We never knew so much about carpet cleaning. They did an amazing job! Their professionalism was so nice to see for young men! Not often these days do we see this type of customer service. Please be sure to send them again to us on our next cleaning. Wonderful work boys!!!
No residue!
Leslie was our cleaner and she was really nice and informative.
She did an excellent job and my carpet looks beautiful and new again.
When I called to make my appointment I was told the stairs would be $3 per stair and the extra pet treatment was $15 extra. it ended up being a fixed rate for the stairs and the pet treatment was almost double. The guys who came out were GREAT, no complaint there. They were so nice and apologized for the error. I even requested them on the second trip. My frustration is solely because I spent way more each time they came out then I was expecting to. I understand it's mostly just an estimate they are given but the information I received was not correct.

Where do I begin? I've been using ZEROREZ for the entire time I've lived in my current apt (7.5 yrs) that has fairly light carpet, and it looks as good today, as it did when I first moved in and it was new! I call on 2-3 times a year. When you think about it, you wash your clothes after every wear. You really should be cleaning the carpet your dirty shoes are tracking dirt and oil over, at least every 3-4 months.
There have been times when I've called to make an appt when I've thought to myself, " I should've called ZEROREZ last month, before my carpet got this bad. Even they won't be able to get this clean, this time." Oh, me, of little faith (lol). ZEROREZ would come, waive their magic wand, and voilà! Back to new! Every. Single. Time. After all these yrs, I'm still surprised they can do what that do, and so well. The carpet is not only clean, but it dries very quickly, and is soft, not crunchy. They're called ZEROREZ for a reason. They do not use soap or harsh chemicals. There's no soapy residue left behind, which explains the "no crunch," but also means that my carpet stays cleaner, longer, because there's no residue in the carpet for dirt to attach to.
The company doesn't hire just anyone to work for them. They take their business seriously.
The cleaning techs are ALWAYS polite, professional, knowledgeable, never pushy ( or salesman-y), and they get the job done quickly and completely. That's a reflection on each of the great guys that have come to my home, as well as their employers. I rave about ZEROREZ to anyone who'll listen. Try them one time, and you'll see and experience the difference I'm taking about. Guaranteed you'll be hooked like me!
