I was sold on an extra scrub (additional $70) “that would solve those flattened areas” where there were traffic marks. I said “ok let’s do it.” He just prewarned that the heavy trafficked area (like near the edge of the door where the carpet and tile meet) wouldn’t work. Otherwise everything will look great. Honestly, after that first day it didn’t look any different. Just bummed I spent the $70 for something that didn’t work.
I have tried so many self cleaning products and services which never improved the look of my carpet and tile until Zerorez! Thank you! I want to schedule another appointment for more tile cleaning...you are the best!

Great tech did great job for us....
No chemical smell and quick service was something I was pleased with.
Had a couple of pet stains in a small room which the technician acknowledged and said would treat when he cleaned. After he left, the room had a strong urine odor for several days and had to call back to redo. He then used a different tool to extract the urine saturating it with water. Not sure why he didnt do this the first time around. Upon his second return correcting the problem he was condescending and "jokingly" tried to pass the buck and imply it was our fault. Seems the initial cleaning was done very quickly and concern was placed on how fast he could finish the job. We then had to call a 3rd time because he missed a pet stain my husband found. He did not come. Another gentleman came out and, once again, used the different tool to extract the stain after saturation with water. He was thoughtful and took his time. I believe his name was Marcus. I paid more than I've ever paid for our carpets to be cleaned expecting I was getting top notch service and treatment. Very disappointed. I will not use this service again.

I like the concept of no residue, Safe for pets, and the fact that Lezlie makes my old, ugly carpet look practically new.
They work. Plus the service technicians are very polite and knowledgeable.
They also call to confirm appmts, arrive on time. I have used Zerorez many times, and they never disappointed me. Cleaned rugs and furniture excellent.

We are definitely going to use you for as long as your available. I just found this in an Email that I didn't know I had. The gentleman who did our carpet was also very impressive but I forgot his name. I am very sorry for the delay. I sure hope you will be around for a very long time.

I already filled something out? I did want to say though that I was supposed to receive a cleaning of my tile at no charge because of a special I got in on and that servo was not done?
At first sight the carpet looked clean but I had my doubts because it didnt look as clean as I thought It could. I chose ZeroRez because i needed help with large areas and it was to much work to do it with my manuel Bissel. I decided to pull out my Bissel and I went over the carpet that the technician cleaned. To my amazement I extracted very dark water from the carpet. I am very dissapointed with the ZeroRez service as my carpets were not properly cleaned. I will be writing a yelp and google review with this information so that other customers know about the quality of the service.
