Every time a technician comes over I feel like they upcharge you. We have used Zerorez a few times and it is always almost double the amount they quote us.
I like that your people are very courteous and careful. I like that I never feel any sticky residue in my carpet and that my carpets look and smell wonderful after a cleaning. I also think that they dry more quickly and stay cleaner longer.

Explain the carpet cleaning better and upgrades better and it is expensive to do upgrades. And take the time to show me better how dirty my carpet is. And show me again with the black light again after the carpets are clean.
A guestimate on the price to clean my rug ahead of time. I knew the size, pile height and material so a guestimate should've been possible.
really did not help dog stains Tech was nice/courteous but worked too fast in my opinion and could have spent a couple more minutes on the problem ares especially since i moved everything. He did warn about the issue, but i really do not think he seriously tried ti minimize them
This was the best experience I have had with carpet cleaning since arriving in Henderson two years ago. Really enjoyed the knowledge my technician Marcus Marsh had with cleaning and care of both carpets and flooring. Will definitely use this company in the future.
