Left my carpets crusty and didn't clean very well
Excellent customer service and the carpet was dry in about 3 hours.

Tech was very friendly. But I could still smell urine after the job was done. I found the spot after he left and had to treat it
Carpets were pretty clean, though there was a weird green mark left on my stairs. I do not remember it being there before and didn’t notice until after the technician left. I scrubbed out most of it but thought it was weird.
It was only large throw rugs but did excellent cleaning and price was really good

More upfront about the charges for various services
Dries quickly, smell is wonderful, carpets are very clean.
The technicians are efficient, the process is quickly completed with a short drying time compared with other carpet cleaning processes, and my carpets are clean as new.
Honestly I was very impressed with everything until the day of the visit. Everyone in the office is very friendly and nice and all of the men who came out for my estimate and the day of the service were VERY professional and polite and on time. The process was upfront and easy and you guys even honored a lower price that was previously promised to me even though I guess two vents were missed on the estimate. AGAIN, I was impressed with you guys.
However, there were a few things when I got home that I was unhappy about. I let the men in to do the work and went over everything and paid for the service, and then I left the house since I needed to get back to work. Everybody from the beginning (on the phone and during the estimate) said to give them 3-4 hours to complete the duct cleaning and the carpets and dryer vent. It was surprising to me when I got a call TWO hours after they started saying they were done. Then when I got home I started to notice things such as chunks of the door frame missing and on the floor from what I assume is the equipment and a vent left undone and on the bathroom counter. All of this leads me to believe that maybe they were just in too much of a hurry and didn't take their time to be careful of my home and double check their work. I live in a rental home, but I still have to either repair or pay for damages and expect a little bit more time and care when I leave people to work in my home. :(
The service was efficient, on time, and the carpets look awesome afterward. The Technician was very polite, and did a great job that only took about an hour. Would highly recommend.
Carpet came clean guys were nice did a great job
Very professional gentlemen. Showed up on time and called 20 minutes before arriving. Had some problem carpet areas done and came out very clean! Tile was cleaned in a small area and looks like new. Would use their services again without hesitation.
The last time I had the “big” machine used on a bad spot, it came out totally. This time with the “new machine” it came out about 75%. That does not keep me from using your services however. The guys were great!
The tech was amazing! Actually, every time you guys have come out the tecks have been amazing!

If I leave early from work a couple of hours to accommodate your techs early arrival maybe give me a couple of rooms of free brush cleaning, I lost 100 bucks for leaving work early.
Carpets looked better than when we used Stanley Steamer.
The quality of customer service was great but I am not happy with the end result. My carpet smells wet and unclean. I’m not sure why, but it did not smell like this before.
Had heavy pet stains and you did an amazing job on them! Carpet went from looking old and warm down to close to brand new!! I will definitely be calling you again!
