I did not feel bedroom #2 had been properly cleaned - not cleaned next to wall,obviously nothing moved by picking up a plastic box and wasn/t wet
at all.

I think zerorez company cleans the best. I have seen the way the dirt and stains don't seem reappear.
I do think you should put a deodorizer on every job, not just when you up sell it for pet stains.

My carpet is amazingly clean. Ive had it cleaned twice last year by two different companies and the carpet didn't come clean. My carpet was very dirty especially in the traffic areas. Im very very impressed with your company. The tech was professional and explained the process .

I was told Reggie would clean all the foot marks etc he left after he cleaned the tile, but he did not . There is so much residue on the tile now much more than before. There is water marks and foot marks very where.
we wanted him to clean the tile upstairs as well. when he and is companion went up our carpeted stairs they did not wear foot ware. came into the house wearing street shoes.
we will recommend you to anyone we know.
