your product cleans a rug better than any of your competitors. The service is always kind,courteous,and professional.
My carpet looked the same as before, there was small stains that should of came up and they didn’t get them up. When I can get them up with regular soap I think professional should also.
After two attempts the cats room still wasn’t clean and the carpet crunchy! So I had to clean it myself. I also wasn’t impressed with just one person to do the job. Two people can move furniture and clean the whole room (I’m not talking about beds and really heavy furniture) just the smaller things. For 256.00 Stanley steamer would have had all the rooms cleaned and the cats room taken care off the first time, but my husband wanted to give you guys a chance because of what he heard on the radio.
So the best I could do was a 5.

If some one asked me , I would definitely recommend your company. Very happy with the process and the results. But would I go around telling random people to use your company? That’s not my style.
