Carpets were normally much dryer when jobs were finished in the past. How can there be “zerorez” when carpets were still so wet?
Kevin was very professional and also his assistant. He did an awesome job and accommodated me when there was a discussion about what I expected to be cleaned. He explained why price varies. Great job all around!

Your technicians were courteous and very professional. They did a wonderful job and were fast. My only complaint is the product that they sprayed on first. It smells even after it is dried. I also wish there was a way the carpets could be cleaned without getting them so wet. It took over 6 hours to get throughly dried.

Reggie was the technician that cleaned our rugs. Very upbeat personality. Very polite. He explained the process for the enzyme treatment in my walk in closet and showed me the stains with his flashlight. The steps were a mess but Reggie got them looking great.
Reggie explained the special that is sometimes available for three rooms for $99. I will most likely get that in the future.

Service is great! Due to pets and small children, I opted for the Bio-treatment and it was definitely worth the additional charge! With this treatment, the old stains never came back! Very impressed with Zerorez, this is the only company I will use now. Very happy.
