I liked the hot water and the specialized brushes for the tile and carpet.
The hoses attached to the carpet cleaning system had such a powerful suction that left my carpet barely damp and dried quickly.
The blue squares placed under furniture to allow more carpet to dry was helpful.
Both machines were very quiet compared to other companies equipment.

I just didn't like that stairs are so expensive.
The products do not leave a soapy residue and they can be scotch guarded. They clean up pet stains and do not cover up the smell like other carpet cleaners do. Zak cleaned my carpets and a coach and is very professional, informative and a very hard worker. Zerorez is a great company to take care of your carpet or furniture needs. I would highly recommended this place to anyone!

I was very pleased with the way the grout around the ceramic tile returned to its original white color! I didn't know it was possible to restore it so completely. And carpets are fluffier, brighter and fresher smelling since the treatment. The technician put blocks under furniture legs and wore booties while he worked, neither of which I had to ask him to do. He was courteous and professional at all times. I have already recommended the service to several friends.
