I feel my carpets become cleaner because they stay cleaner longer
The cost. It was expensive, but the cleaning was thorough and the service representatives were excellent.

The technician was very nice and the carpets were clean. However, the solution leaked all over the house and we ended up having to scrape it off our tile. Not a huge deal, but just irritating to have to clean after we got the carpets clean.

This was my third time using this service and I Love the way the carpet is cleaned however this time the technician that did my carpet left the carpet pretty wet and it took longer than I expected to dry I don’t know what other technique the previous technicians use but that worked out much better and my carpet was not wet for a long period I will continue to use zerorez and very likely to recommend it to my friends and family but this time the carpet was left too wet. If there is a way to improve I would appreciate it. Thank you

Great service! the two men that came to my house were very prompt and very professional. Explained exactly what they were doing, no hidden fees, everything is discussed up front. They were very fast and did a great job! Thank you Zerorez.
The guys were very nice, explained about the spots and what they would do to fix/get rid of them, at an additional cost, which I expected.
The carpets were very wet when they left and took until the next morning to dry. But they look good with one exception, the entry into the bedroom still looks dirty, more so then when they were cleaned.
I would use them again.

Crew was Very nice. However, spots on my carpet are already reappearing. Not so happy. Was impressed with the tile cleaning demo. However, quote of $700.00 is a bit too high, after watching length of time it took for demo. We are not asking big items to be moved. Thanks but no thanks. Again the crew was great. Think I will go back to my original carpet guy.
I had three area rugs cleaned which cost more than the 3 rooms plus 130 sq ft of tile cleaning "special" you advertise. The tech didn't clean any tile though I asked him to give me a quote. Would have been nice to have gotten the tile cleaning included.
The customer service and technitions are very friendly and helpful. The job was done quickly and my carpets look brand new.

Carpets feel so clean
The spots on my carpet that I paid extra for deep cleaning, looks just like it was before.When the carpet was wet it looked clean,when it dried it looks just like it was never cleaned.

Techs are always nice and receptive to questions. Any spots always disappear . Quick service and on time.
The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Appointments are always on time. The chemicals do not leave a smell and the carpet dries quickly. I have used other companies before and have not had the satisfaction that Zerorez Las Vegas has provided.
