We were a little disappointed he came by himself, meaning the carpet under our furniture wouldn’t get cleaned (because that’s too much for one person to do). For the cost, we expected ALL our carpet to be cleaned.

Casey was very friendly and knew his job well. The carpet turned out good, with that said I thought the price was a little high for what was done. It was a small hallway and 17 steps. There was 2 soiled spots.

Very professional and on time. That’s for starters. Admittedly my carpet was in pretty sad shape and I wasn’t expecting any miracles...but I decided to let them use the heavy-duty equipment...and a miracle happened!
The soiled and stained carpets have never looked better. A bonus was the tile cleaning which I will attest has also never looked better than when I first bought the house 17 years ago.

They were courteous and on time, in fact they were ahead of schedule. Carpet looks brand new and the service was very quick.

Communication from the person taking my phone call to the actual employee coming out could have been much better. I was told that 100 square feet of tile would be polished along with my carpeted rooms being steam-cleaned. Reggie was not made aware of this & the result was a smudgy & unpolished appearance on the tiles after he left & it dried completely. Because he was not made aware of the tile request, he may have run out of time & needed to get to his next appointment. My wife was not happy with the appearance of the tile & felt it necessary to scrub it again on her hands & knees, which did not make it sparkle. The grout had become much whiter upon completion of our first job back in 2017, when they took the time to scrub the grout with a steel type brush before attempting to polish it with the machine. Small details would have made things better & maybe a recommendation would be made to others by me. A new tile area cleaned for us would definitely make things perfect & raise the score up from six...
I like that there are no chemicals used.
