Believe you advertising is bait n switch. 99 for three rooms is never 99 Always some reason it’s more. Also if there isn’t supervision of workers they seem to “miss” doing areas adequately

Our technician was very pleasant and did a good job. Our problem is that moving "stuff" out of the way before and replacing it after is physical exhausting for us as an older couple and I cannot figure out a solution.

We had some pet stains. The initial quote was roughly $80, but when the techs showed up they said they would have to do a level to treatment to get the stains and urine odor out of our carpet .... for an extra $200! I think that price is totally unreasonable for one small room. And as they promised, the older now smells way worse than it ever dud. Pretty disappointed. They were here all of 20 minutes.
We have been "Raving Fan's" for many years, it has to be 10 maybe 11 yrs. And have had your Duct cleaning service, and an Area Rug (Persian) cleaned with equally great results. The amount of time to clean the carpet and tile was extremely fast.
"Empowered water" works, even if it does sound like just a gimmick! And it truly performs as advertised, not leaving residue to collect dirt, yet still doing a great job of cleaning. The technicians are unfailingly attentive to detail and genuinely nice human beings, so whoever does the hiring does a great job of finding good people. Also, the schedulers do their best to accommodate if you have a pet accident, for example.
