I spent $530 to do my house. Had to do the pet oder enzyme chemical all over my house $35 a room + stairs and hallway.
The first issue I had is that the room that smelled like dog pee still smells like dog pee. Makes me think they just rushed everything and didn't do a thorough job. They use a uv/blacklight to show the pee on the carpet before its cleaned, that's great but why not make it a point so use the light after the cleaning to prove the cleaning and chemicals worked??? The 2nd issue I had was they did not move the coffee table, the kennel crate, or end tables to clean underneath them. I feel like I spent a lot of money for a rushed job.
Only positive thing was the technicians were respectful and courteous.
Should not have paid that much for a chemical that didn't get rid of the smell , for no proof that the treatment worked, and for them cutting corners.
I was very happy with Chris and Isaiah they were very professional and very friendly and they did a marvelous job. However one stain seems to be popping back up. Otherwise it's perfect.

Best carpet cleaning ever. Carpet dried overnight and I was really impressed as I have had in the past from other providers wet socks for days. Ask for Juan very experienced and honest. All up front costs discussed ahead of the job. They really worked hard to earn our business and they did just that. I will definitely call them again for a return. We were just about to have the carpet replaced but no need to now. Highly recommend.

The 2 young men from Zerorez were very professional and informative about carpet care; they worked efficiently and quickly. The carpets were dry to the touch in about 4 hours; we moved furniture back the next day.
I expected a bill of about $107, but after the upcharges and suggested additional services, the final bill was $329. I guess that scares some prospective customers off....

Excellent service by the technician
The carpet techs arrived on time, were neatly dressed and professional and wore shoe covers throughout. When they first arrived, they looked over the areas I wanted cleaned and explained to me the process and the Zerorez system. I asked if I could add an area rug and a couple pieces of upholstered furniture and we discussed tile cleaning. Before anything was started, I knew exactly what everything would cost and how much time they needed to do the entire job. Then they got to work and in the end, I couldn’t be happier with the results.
The lead tech was training the other tech, and I appreciated his attention to detail and friendly, helpful manner. I also learned that this gentleman had IICRC training, which is terrific in my book. I am a retired Stainmaster Flooring Center manager and I know how important that training is for a quality job.
I will use Zerorez again and without question recommend your company to friends and neighbors. My husband’s mother will be calling for an appointment, as well.
