My shag rug is actually worse than ot was prior to cleaning, they did try to make it right by cleaning another one of my rugs but all I wanted was a refund for the rug I was disappointed with,.

The carpets gets cleaner and cleaner with each cleaning. The technicians are the greatest!
The only problem is with a very few girls answering the phone.
I just had an emergency come up and needed compassionate, quick help. The girl answering the phone was just a log! She finally found a spot two days later and did a non-compassionate job of informing me of the expected fees. I was under whelmed!!!!!!
Still you service is great on the delivery end. So....

Great tech, who did a wonderful job making our carpet and tile look brand new! Our tech, Chris Deak, was very professional and thorough, taking extra time to get the job done perfectly.
The technician (Leslie) was very helpful and knowledgeable in recommending services to me and very friendly. It was nice that I was able to give them the code to my house to go in and service it while I wasn’t able to be there. The process was simple and they arrived on time (even offered to come early if I was available). The carpet smells nice and looks very clean. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Service guys had shoe covers on but left them on when they crossed the desert landscaping to get their equipment. Kind of defeats the purpose of wearing the booties.

I love how professional and educated the staff members are in regards to cleaning/products/how to take care of stains for good. I never Have re-occurring stains once zerorez comes to our house, when other companies would put too much chemicals into the carpet.
