Great job, friendly and intelligent service provider came to my home and took the time to explain what was needed and what was best for my needs. Patrick M. was my technician and he did a fantastic job.
The tile does not appear to be sealed, the edges still have calcium buildup and mildew (obvious they did not clean under the bench ledge, and my bathroom floor was never touched.

I have two cats and after 20 years the house smelled like it! Nooow it smells great in here all vents cleaned which made my AC unit perform much better.

Reggie was our cleaning technician from Zerorez and we can not say enough about how thoughtful and thorough he was. He was right on time Friday morning, introduced himself and went right to work. Our carpets look great. Please tell Reggie we appreciated all his hard work.
We have been in Vegas for 19 years and have used Zerorez for many of those years -- we wouldn't consider using any other firm. In all those years Zerorez has always sent very professional employees who were polite and went right to work and did a great job.

I ordered the carpet cleaning services at $33 per room. Your ad did not disclose a room size limitation for this special price or a service fee,
Your tech told my spouse who was at the property just to open the door and who had no knowledge of the initial cost arrangement that he had to charge the living-room 2x more than what was agreed. In addition, your service tech Chris B. charged another undisclosed service fee of $8 in his final bill. Further to aggravate the situation, your tech did a lousy job in cleaning the carpet with dirty areas that my spouse had to show him and ask for a re-clean.
As far as I am concerned, your business ethics is based upon BAIT N SWITCH as well nickel-diming the clients with the service fee. I am submitting a complaint to VISA and the BBB.
Fast service and the carpet doesn't get dirty so fast.
