I had my carpets in our new home cleaned on Thursday at 4:00 pm. I asked the technician if the carpets would be dry by the next day because we had movers coming in with our boxes scheduled for Friday. He said "by midnight tonight'. I went over to the house the next morning at 8:00 am and the carpets were very wet. My socks were soaked from walking on them. When they were still wet at noon, I canceled the movers that were scheduled to move the boxes in and told them they would just have to come on Saturday and move boxes in with the furniture. On Saturday morning I went to the house at 6:00 am and the carpets were still wet. Once again my socks were damp from walking on the carpet. MY movers came at 9:00 am and when I told them about the carpets they were concerned about them staying clean. My husbands had to go to Home Depot and by plastic to tape down on all the carpets including the stairs. One of the reasons that I use zerorez is because the carpets are supposed to dry quickly. Although the carpets looked nice, I don't believe the water was properly removed otherwise why would the carpet still be wet 2 days later?. Not happy and a total pain to deal with while moving into a new home.
I got an same day appointment! The staff was professional and friendly! My carpet doesn’t feel like residue and bestbof all the BIG black stain is gone! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
The techs are informational and friendly. They don't try o make you pay more for services that aren't needed. The service is quick and the the carpets are clean and improved 100%. Thank you

Yes, we had a repeat visit for a very small area which was stained. Mini hallway size, 4 x7. Spent over 400 with this company in January for entire house carpet cleaning and grout in tile. Would not budge on minimum price of 97, but did waive the service fee of 8-10. Here a total of 15 minutes. Even called the Manager, Angela and she spoke to her manager. Seems very poor clientele interaction, especially for seniors. Most businesses would bend over backwards to help out. I have personally referred at least 5 people to this firm from Summerlin to Henderson and they have spent huge amounts of money. Not happy with customer appreciation.
