We were very pleased with the two fellows that did the work on our carpets in our house. Very professional and they did an excellent job.
Came within 5 days from request, technician was on time and called ahead. He was very polite and did a great job at a reasonable price.
The grout and tile cleaning is amazing. Kind of pricey, but they do get the grout clean! The carpet cleaning was also very good and I liked that the carpets dried within 24 hours - even without fans, and we couldn't open windows because the temperatures were in the 40's! I did not like that I thought I was getting a "special" - " 3 rooms of carpet cleaned for a certain price" but after several extra protectants were added in, the price increased a lot. The technicians were very nice and efficient.

You upsold to my girlfriend who was present at the residence to the point that it DOUBLED the planned price of $196 up to $401. This is even knowing there would be upselling and that some carpets needed level 1 treatment.
These additional services were already asked for and factored into the original quote. My partner was guilted/bullied with aggressive sales tactics to an unacceptable price.
The tech spewed non-sense to me about bacteria causing the fluoresence and the cleaning was to kill the bacteria. What a load of scientifically inaccurate blather.
Inaccurate science to pitch your service. Aggressive sales to upsale and bully my partner into higher costs when I already requested and planned additional services for certain zones.
I would have been overjoyed with the service provided at the original price, and praised you to my coworkers. But at this price I could have gone out and bought a professional cleaner and done it myself with the same result.
I wouldn't have anyone else clean my carpets. The techs we're professional, clean, and on time. They did a great job!

Can’t think of anything
1. Didn't show up on time. Actually they were late for 30 minutes.
2. tiles looked still same as before even though they said they cleaned twice, using an excuse that tiles and grout were not cleaned professionally before. Why couldn't they clean to my satisfaction.
3. Because I was disappointed with their work, I called in the office and ask for re-clean.
4, Carpet looks cleaner than before, but when I first called in for service, $33.00/room, I was billed $40.00 for one room. and additional charge for chemical they had to use.

During my initial phone call to enquire about service to clean my home, i was given a rough estimate of the services i was interested in. Once the 2 man crew arrived, they were nice, but then quoted me over double the money i was quoted on the phone. I expressed my concerns of my carpet to the person on the phone and they never said anything about these hidden extra charges. My place was empty. Zero pet stains, zero regular stains, but it just smelled like dirty laundry to me. They acted like they were helping me out by giving me a tiny discount. It was still way more than 2 times the original quote. Im pressed for time because my movers were coming 2 days later and i needed the carpets to be dry. I felt like they took advantage of this. The extra costs were incurred to pretreat it with a chemical and to use a plain brush on the carpet before they did anything. The spray took 2 minutes to apply.. And was not much at all. More than double the price for a light mist of a chemical and for them to use a brush on my carpet. Ridiculous to bait n switch me. My carpet is clean and not smelly anymore, but ill never use them again nor refer them to anyone without telling them to expect a hefty price tag.

I like the energy and personality that Justin had. He was friendly and professional and knows about his job. Justin was on time and did a really great job . The answer is yes , that I would give him a 10 and I would used or refer you guys to someone else. Thanks
You guys do a great job, the techs are always very friendly. I'm in the rental property business and I've used zero Rez at least 20 times and always been satisfied.

Rob came out to clean our space and did an absolutely amazing job. The carpets look fantastic, but most importantly he was a pleasure to talk to and made the overall experience quite enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Rob and Zerorez again.
