The Zerorez team is professional and understanding when you explain what you want cleaned in your home ex specially when you have pets. Also the price is responsible for the work they do.

Spent a grand. Carpets upstairs were great. Down stairs tiles didn’t dry as suggested. Ended up having sticky residue everywhere, foot prints from the I would assume wet booties everywhere. Also dried puddles of white residue. Could’ve saved myself $500 and just mopped it. Which I ended up having to do anyway to get it clean!
Want to make things right...give me a partial refund

Very unhappy with high pressure sales tactics and extreme price gouging, was charged more for spot cleaning than qouted. We were told $35 to clean pet spots was charged $35 for each spot, $105 for 3 spots.
Technician took advantage of my wife .

Fast and friendly service. Arrived within the designated window and called ahead to let me know he was on the way. I have to admit I was hoping the price would have been a little lower, but I am a pet owner and unfortunately my pets sprayed in several different areas.
First, your technitions are always friendly and professional. Also, the process you use is amazing. We have older carpet but it always looks and feels wonderful after you finish.

I purchased the $89 3 room + 100sq.ft. Of tile special. I’d recommend that the person making the initial
contact with the customer be extremely clear what 3 rooms means, as in terms of either square footage or room size. And let the customer know what the additional costs per room will be after that is clarified, so there is a clear expectation on the customer’s part.
The carpets get cleaned....the workers are competent and courteous. They are efficient and quick.
