False advertising. Say one price to get you to call, then they add on a bunch of fees, doubling the price

Friendly tech. Great cleaning. Only use Zerorez since we moved to Vegas. Several friends and neighbors now use.

The technician was warm and friendly and explained everything. I booked under a promo that included multiple rooms and an area of tile. Because the carpeted area downstairs was less than the total square feet of the rooms I was told I would get a pre- treatment in its place. ( may not be the correct term) overall the carpet looks good and dried quickly, but the area in my dining area looks exactly the same.

David was very professional and up front with us about the issues we had with the condition of our carpet. He took his time and focused on the bad areas. His care resulted in an AMAZING finished product.
