I have used you for several years in different homes and have never been disappointed, your men are very polite and fair explaining some stains that could and could not be removed. But I will use you as often as I need to and would recommend you to anyone that asks about your services.

I was very specific when I called for a quote. I was VERY specific with exactly what I wanted cleaned, how big the areas were, and how stained some of them were. In fact, I embellished number of rooms and size, hoping to get a decent quote! Figured if anything, we'd end up paying less than the quote! I expressed interest in getting the tile cleaned and was advised we could discuss that at the time of service. Fine. When the employee came to do my carpet, his write up was DOUBLE what I was told on the phone. Very misleading. I was VERY SPECIFIC with regard to area and stains. And you still charged me double. Then he had to nerve to double THAT price for the tile! Naturally, we declined. He was here all day, and spent quite a bit of that day complaining about Zerorez. Referring to the company as "they" rather than "we" which I found odd. "They" do this and "they" do that. Not "we" do this and "we" do that. Very unprofessional. Then, he popped downstairs at one point and offered the tile cleaning for a lower amount than he originally told us! I had no idea this was a negotiation! I'd have negotiated for the price the operator told us! We declined yet again. He then went on to tell us that he "only" makes about 15% of the total for all the work he's doing. Very unprofessional. After he left, we noticed this brown syrupy deposit on the area rug. I called to get this cleared up and was told the next available was in a week! I was told to wait a week to get fixed what you messed up AND charged me double for! Ridiculous.
Zack who did our rugs was very informative with what he was going to do. Also, he listened to us while we informed him of what was going on with our rugs focusing on the pet soiling.

Zerorez has cleaned my carpet, sofa and chair and cleaned my air ducts. I think they're the best. I suggested that my brother in Illinois use Zerorez however, you do not have your business there.

My track record says it all. I have used Xerorez at the beginning of my home purchase. Xerorez is the best carpet cleaning service there is. My 16 year old carpet is like new. I have and will continue to recommend Xerorez. Of course I have not heard from all that I have recommended Xerorez, but the few I did hear from were elated with the results.

The tech, Gary, was so very polite and answered all my questions before he got started. Our carpet is old and pretty worn but he managed to clean out some very bad stains and did the 3 rooms in a very timely manner. We will definitely call zerorez again in the future.
