Customer Service, Technician Casey is excellent in his performance, his care for the furnishings and protection of my walls during the cleaning process, The cleaning is immediately noticeable with a light plesant fresh linen scent, The carpeting is left soft and smooth not standing straight up as if it had just received a crew cut that cracks when walked on.

The customer service was impeccable, Kenneth was late however he got stuck in traffic from an accident. He more than made up for it with going over the process of bio treatment on carpets and then he decided to clean all our tile downstairs for free! We will definitely be using Zero Rez for all our floor cleaning in the future!

Usually, when I have had you out cleaning my house or my office, the carpets are not that wet and you have been able to get everything out of the carpets. This time at my house, my carpets were wet for about 24hrs and there is still an issue in my carpet that could have come out but it still looks dirty...my carpet is 6 yrs old and is the Mohawk non-staining carpet...I believed in your server better than the results...I also called to get a quote for tile cleaning and the quote was crazy high to the tune of $3000.00. I am just disappointed in the results and the customer service.
