My stairs don’t look as nice for $209 I was expecting a fantastic job I’m in property management and I have carpet venders and I could have gotten my house done free but I really expected I guess excellent and it’s ok

I would say it was very expensive and for 1000 to clean the house I would expect the carpet and tile to look new. We are trying to sell this house so if we don’t get an offer within a week I think we are going to need to have them come back out and fix this. I see black grout still that looks like it was not even cleaned and a huge stain on the landing that wasn’t there before. Just hoping the new owners can over look that and still make offers. Will follow up next week if we need help.

The carpets had more water than I thought they should have. There was barely light traffic in 2 rooms and once it was dry, the carpet was hard, I vacuumed it the next morning, it really didn’t look any cleaner then it was to begin with ??

Tech did a great job. I could see and feel the difference!
The tech was very nice and professional. My carpets looked great when finished. My only problem is that the tech removed a baby gate that we had installed at the top of the staircase to keep my grandbaby safe. It was difficult to reinstall it and I was never asked if he could remove it or told that it was in his way. I was home while he worked so I didnt understand why he would have done that.
Cleans carpet thoroughly and dries fast. Zac did a great job and very professional.
