My carpet cleaner was Carlos.. He was very professional and did a GREAT JOB!!!’ I have respiratory issues and I feel so much better on the job he did. I will definitely follow his advice he gave me on vacuuming and will have my carpets cleaned by Zerorez once a year. I called to talk to his manager as to how pleased I was with him. But this is giving me a chance to put it in writing. I am a realtor and have already called clients about Zerorez and ask for Carlos!!!!!

Zerorez has the BEST customer service, the staff is always early/on time and carpet always looks so good! I wouldn't trust any other company to clean my carpets.

Zerorez is our future answer for carpet cleaning. Victor knows his product is quality, is funny, genuinely enjoys exceeding customer expectations, arrived on time, was fast. The carpet looks amazing, smells clean, solved cat urine smell and stain. We are totally impressed with Zerorez.
Ease of scheduling, punctuality, good service
I only have one complain and it’s the pricing. The 3 rooms for $99 is more than fair, however another $65 for stairs, and another $65 for the pet stain ( only required in a few areas) seemed a little too much for the areas that needed treatment. Perhaps offer a bundle package with either pet stains and/or other services that are provided. I may shop around next time. A job WELL done with professional and friendly service. I don’t remember their names, but your employees were awesome.

Compared to previous cleanings, I was somewhat disappointed this time.
There are several areas that were soiled that are not clean. The tech was mainly concerned with pet urine spots charged me double the quoted price to treat those affected areas. I was not home for 3 days following your service I’ve vacuumed several times I live alone so there’s not a lot of traffic. I’m very disappointed that the problem areas were not cleaned to my satisfaction now that the carpets have totally dried.
