I just had my carpet and tile cleaned and I couldn't be happier with the results. Your technicians were polite and professional and were even able to come earlier due to a cancellation. This was my second time having my carpet cleaned and the first time having my tile cleaned. I will definitely call you when I'm ready for more work to be done.

My carpets haven’t been this clean since they were new. The process extracts the dirt and leaves no residue. The carpets stay clean longer as stains don’t reappear like they used to. Service staff are professional and courteous every time. They always go above and beyond to do a great job.

Zerorez turned out to be just like all the others. We have no pets or kids so cleaning the carpet is mostly where traffic is. Wanted to clean the carpets because we are selling our house due to loss of my job. I will continue to look for another carpet cleaning service since the best we have had so far all have been mediocre at best. The no traffic areas look good of course.

The guys were great but the company charges an additional $8 to come out claim it is for gas & water, then include it in the service, don’t nickel & dime people.
When your technician showed up, he was not well groomed and Looked like He just got out of bed.. It appeared he hadn’t showered in many days, his elbows were black. I have an oatmeal colored carpet, and traffic patterns in two bedrooms did not get clean as you can still see them. Extraction could have been better...some dirt was simply washed down. He was courteous and friendly.
