Our service was conducted by Zack and he did a great job at explaining what services were available and quoting us on the spot for those additional services. He was very friendly and a good conversation. Our carpets are noticeably cleaner than before and we will definitely be using zerorez next year for our annual carpet cleaning!
We have carpet upstairs. The staircase and bedrooms were pretty bad. We knew the carpets were overdue to be cleaned and maybe even replaced. Honestly, it just looked really old and dull and dark. There weren’t noticeable stains or rips or holes or anything, just old. We called Zerorez, they had a special, it was still a bit pricey but the carpets desperately needed cleaning. They got here early! 1pt. They saw my carpet and recommended the extra cleaning, I would have thought they were up selling me but I knew the state of my carpets. and it was mostly due to the fact that as of 2 years ago we had 3 pets (since then all have died of old age) also my son had a Great Dane that pooed on my carpet while he was gone a couple times in one week. Like I said my carpet was bad. BUT no visible stains and no tears or rips. The guys were very polite, 1pt, and very honest, told me he could smell the carpets. 1pt. After they were finished we actually left, so we opened the windows to let the carpets dry quicker. We got home and checked the carpets. And they were SOOO clean!!! They looked amazing! The steps look so great! They were just really, really dirty! Now that I look at the carpet it almost looks new! I can’t believe that they look the way they do now! Their equipment must be top of the line and the guys take their time, 5pts. There were so many vaccum lines from where they cleaned, not just a few, but a lot. It looked like they cleaned the carpet like they were cleaning their own carpet. 5pts! Now I know why they have a ton of great reviews online! I’m glad we chose them and will definitely call them for my next cleaning. I just wish I would have called them sooner! Great people, great machines, great service!

The cleaning was great, and our tech was great. I appreciate that... I just feel $500 for cleaning 1 stairway, a small love seat and chair is Too much and was more than what I was quoted over the phone. I’m in the real estate industry and work for a large property management company and I’ve never seen prices this high.
I have only used your company for many years. Your people are friendly, helpful and hard working.
I have always been happy, although the $99 per room is always so wrong.

Great service, fast drying and no chemicals
I thought the gentlemen did a good job considering the severity of the pet stains and odors we were dealing with. Explanations for their processes were thorough and the price seemed fair, though higher than what we are normally willing to spend. Would definitely go with Zerorez again.
Very satisfied with the whole carpet cleaning process. The technician, Victor, was very friendly and knowledgeable and made various suggestions about the best method for him to get our very dirty carpet clean and protected. Ending up costing us a bit more than we expected, but well worth it because the result was outstanding.
He was respectful and patient with my kid who kept going in and out the room while he was cleaning the carpet! The room and carpet smell amazing!
To expensive to do all the areas and my wood floor was wet and dirty from going over to bathroom tile ! Aldo lots of track marks on still wet floor !

The technicians were incredibly helpful, respected my home with protecting the corner walls and also wore booties. Chris exclaimed the entire service, pricing and any additions. I will be back to have my tile/grout cleaned and possibly another couch. Great experience, quick and efficient service.
