How clean everything look
The carpet cleaners were very nice and efficient.
Zerorez was very easy to work with and very professional. Everything from booking my appointment, choosing a time frame, through paying my bill was fantastic. Our tech, Jake, was polite and professional at all times. He was also courteous about our cat, who is spooked about everything. Zerorez sent us a reminder email about our upcoming appointment a few days before our date and Jake called us stating he was running early and asked if he could begin early, which was great for us. Jake walked through the cleaning area with us and gave us a final price, which was eight-on to our pre-estimate. There was no hassle and no pressure buying techniques use. I am extremely happy and will use them again and I will ask for Jake again as well.
Everyone was very polite and professional. The carpets always look very clean and stay that way for a long time. I have recommended Zerorez to friends on multiple occasions.

Tile cleaning was great. No dirty grout lines. Dried fast and looks great.
The products they use have no odor and rugs and sofas dry quickly. It's great to see the original fabrics and colors come to life quickly. The workmen are efficient and pleasant.
This is the second time I have engaged their cleaning services and have been very pleased each time.
Service techs were very friendly. They explained the process and pricing and did a great job.
A clear line of dirty carpet was left in the master bedroom. It was just under the bed frame, it would have been nice if the machine could have been pushed under the frame to get this space. The line is about 2 inches wide and 7ft long. We had shifted the bedframe out of it's normal place for the cleaning so when we moved it back there was this clear line of dirty carpet across the bedroom floor. There is about 6 inch clearance between the frame and the floor and only one side of the bedframe had the line of dirty carpet.

They were so professional! It was a hard job - lots of pet stains - and they were so nice and kind about everything. They did a GREAT job and took out all of the stains, which I did not think was possible. Then they cleaned my grout and did an even better job. I am so happy I found ZeroRez!! Amazing service, great price, very time-efficient, and they literally could not have been nicer.
Carpet comes out feeling soft and smelling clean and fresh.
