This was my first time using Zerorez and I am definitely impressed. The technican arrived at promised time, was very professional and knowledgeable. I explained to him my concerns over several pet stains on the carpet.
He did a fantastic job, it costed little extra for those spots which is understandable. My carpet turned out great, looks beautiful and the whole house smells fresh and clean, and yes, the pet stains are gone.
Definitely recommend this company.

First let me say how terrific the entire staff has been...Tod the technician not only did a great job but was filled with knowledge especially regarding our 350 plus sq ft of wood floor. We truly appreciate it. Second, the price for what we received was outstanding. Unfortunately our home is 4000 sq.ft so we have to do it in sessions but Zerorez honored the 3 room discount for all 3 sessions. We highly recommend this company and the style of cleaning above all. P. S. Forgive me for not remembering her name, maybe Caroline, the one who answered the phone call and straightened out the bill was so kind,polite and professional. Thank you. The Ellis's.
