Communication was always clear and contact was made before showing up. The technician was friendly and fast and did his best to get our carpets clean.
I am very pleased with you representative and the job he did. He was very professional in his words and actions. I passed up a free carpet cleaning from another company and it was well worth it. There were a number of stains and very dirty areas due to my wife's wheelchair. The results of the effort your representative were amazing! It's nice to know in these difficult times that a company still believes in quality and service. Thank you for a job well done!

The technician thoroughly explained the process and worked efficiently and quickly. We appreciate the fact that there’s no chemicals or soap used. Thank you it was a great experience.
I am satisfied with the cleaning. The problem I had was I wanted to add an area rug. I called before to ask how much and was told the technician could tell me when he came. The price to do a 10x13 rug was $200. I was paying that much to do three bedrooms, a loft area and stairs. I called the office while the technician was here to ask if you all had a deal and was told no. The charge can be anywhere from $1 to $2.50. If I had known this practice I would definitely have gone to another company. Very frustrated that I was not told the first call I made.

Walls were marked up by the protective barriers which I had to paint. Floors were covered with shoe prints which had to be mopped. Solution whited out our dark grout.

Zerorez is the only company that can actually clean and remove stains and spots permanently. I had my carpet, and ten year old couch done. It looks brand new! I only call Zerorez to do my carpets.

When someone is making an appointment for carpet/tile services AND duct cleaning you should tell them to have the ductwork done first. I didn’t like the fact that the equipment and dirt/dust was on my freshly cleaned carpet and tile.
Carpet cleaning was wonderful. Carpet looked almost brand new. The technician who was working on it was also very helpful and friendly. I am so glad that I got the service done.

I had reservice done by Greg, who fixed all the issues I had. He was nice, knowledgeable, explained what could have gone wrong at initial cleaning, never talked negatively about the co-worker, who’s work he was fixing.
He insured that I was happy with the end result, several times, asking me questions after he finished working on each section.
He wore shoe coverings and used orange plastic corner cover, which was great.
Overall, I am now a happy customer and will use you again as well as recommended you.
