My technician Michael was very courteous explained to me the different processes he would be using in my home to get the carpet clean. How each processed worked and what it did.

The technicians were very polite and professional. I have used Zero Rez for years; wouldn't consider changing my cleaning professionals. They're teams are great!
Good job, but overpriced!
The first several times both myself and my wife felt like the service tech went above and beyond. Taking the extra time to actually go over certain areas, we used you guys probably 5 times now but once again it seem the service hasn't gotten better the last 2 times! Could it be the service tech themselves? Btw, we've always tip them even though the carpet just doesn't look like the first few times.
Great service! Carpets are not saturated and dry fairly quickly. Very happy with service!

Arrived promptly as scheduled, called in advance of arrival with ETA. Tech was knowledgeable, informative and highly capable and skilled, taking great care to not damage furniture. Very pleased with ZeroRez and you have gained a permanent customer who will not hesitate to spread the word!
