His foot prints were left all over the floors, he didn’t do a thorough cleaning. I haven’t used your service in years and I can honestly say I was disappointed with outcome.

You provide an excellent service at a reasonable price. After the carpet dries, it's not crunchy because there is no residue. It's soft and fluffy. Your employees show up on time. Yesterday, I got a call from the office saying someone could be here early. I said OK. They came at 11:30 am instead of between 1:00 and 4:00 pm. And your employees are always polite and professional. Now, because of my recommendations, my parents and my brother and his wife use Zerorez exclusively like me.

Carpet cleaning was fine. TILE cleaning a disappointment for the price that was charged. It did not come out that good after it dried. I believe Tecknition could have done a better job on using the scrubber on the tiles. Could be redone as far as I’m concerned. I’ve seen other homes done and their end result was much better than mine and my tile was NOT that severe with dirt Not happy and won’t recommend tile cleaning to my friends for what I paid to get it done. Sorry.
I had a service on 24 September , it was just ok the guy he didn’t remove side tables or anything like that he just remove vases and clean Basically he clean only empty place least bother to bhind the chair even .
I had Liquid soap stain In my carpet initially he said it’s soap it’s easy to remove but in end he said he couldn’t removed perfactly , over all I’m not satisfied
