Products used and great tech service. Anthony was very thorough.
The technician didn’t ask about moving smaller pieces of furniture (if we would move them ourselves) or if we wanted the carpet cleaned underneath. For example move/clean under night stands and end tables. Also, he could have gotten underneath a good part of the bed in the master, however, he did not clean past the edge of the bed. In addition, the steps were soaked and as of Wednesday morning, were still damp in places (cleaning was done on Monday morning. All in all, a disappointing experience.
Great results. It has been over a year since our carpet was cleaned (due to a lot of unforeseen circumstances) and I was so pleasantly surprised a the outcome.
Technical was friendly, efficient and professional. He did a spectacular job.
Kevin was great ! He evaluated the stairs and all of the second floor, my carpet is 25 years old with many stains from pets and children. He did everything in less than an hour 3 bedrooms, game room , hallway and stairs and the carpet looks and smells so good too. He was able to get rid of most stains. Very happy with this service and highly recommend.
