Cleaned a carpet that had never been professionally cleaned in 10 years and made it look brand new.
I was amazed at the finished product. Old stains, including ink, rust and ground in dirt were completely removed. An extra plus, was the area dried very quickly and didn't even feel wet after they just finished...damp yes, wet, not really.

Zerorez-Great carpet cleaners! The BEST we've ever used!! Not soaking wet and no rez!!! They remove the hard water being used and use a natural company made cleaner...omgoodnes it's wonderful.

It took much longer to dry than I was told. He left about 12:30pm, and the carpet was still wet when I went to bed at 10:00pm.
Also, now that it has dried and I am back to normal life walking on it, I find that it appears not much improvement, if any, to the look of the tracked marks. They still look dirty.
No need to try to "make it right".

When I ordered the service. I was supposed to pay $33 per room plus $65 for stairs. I ended up paying $274. Your people left the carpet under the table dirty. He was telling me if I don't do this service my rooms will stink. It was totally misleading. You guys are doing false advertisements and ripping people off. I will never recommend your company to any of my friends and neighbors. Please stop doing false advertisements.
