This is the first time we have used your company to clean our carpets. We had previously used other carpet Companies to do this service, but none have compared to yours as far as service, efficiency, not to mention the knowledge and pleasantry of your technician.
Carlos Altamirano was our technician. He was friendly, courteous, and did a great job of explaining your services before he started cleaning the carpets. we will definitely ask for him again when we require either the cleaning of our carpets or when it is time to clean and seal our tile again.

I've used Zerorez more than twice now. I feel this time around the carpet dried crispier, if that makes sense. It's not as soft or normal like our last cleaner. Also, the traffic area seemed smeared instead of clean.
