I have several areas that didn't get cleaned as seen on your commercial on channel 3. Some areas are ok and some are not. I feel like if I did it myself I would get a much better result.

I was very pleased with the work that was done. I was not pleased with
the additional $$$ you charged for doing an additional small bedroom and spraying carpet protection.
From a $99 special for 3 rooms and 100 sq foot of tile, the bill jumped to $370. And then
I was told I could not get the 100 sq foot of tile cleaned because your office put me on
another special where I got $30+ off.
One of the things that was repeated multiple times was that I would get a 30 minute notice prior to arrival. I got 5 minutes. I had to rush to get over to my old residence and he had spoken to my employees, not me or my husband. So by the time I was there he had already gone through pricing and measurements with people who weren’t paying for the service. Nice guy, very friendly. Just no organization to the schedule.

Stains were not removed after being told it was no problem. Carpet feels stiff and dry.
Great job bringing an old carpet back from the grave. That plus floors so darkened with soot, they almost appeared a dark shade brown. Your technician Chris did an outstanding job. We are very pleased!!

Our rugs had some tough looking stains due to my wife being wheel chair bound because of recent falls. Julian, our technician, said he would do his best to remove them and that is exactly what he did. Great job, Julian. I am very pleased with the results and I know my wife will also agree when she returns from another trip to the hospital.
We have used your services for many years - in our homes and in the rental houses we move into and out of. You are professional, courteous and your prices are very competitive and reasonable. The carpets get very clean and look & feel wonderful after you have cleaned them. There is no build-up of shampoos or chemicals and your way is so much better for the life of the carpets. I had my carpets cleaned for the first time with Zerorez and was very happy with the professionalism the company and its representatives showed. After getting my service I called because the carpet didn’t look how I thought it could and they came a second time and redid the job. Not representatives were very courteous, worked in a neat manner, no mess, no wade of time!!
Be more honest in advertising the cost of your charges for cleaning carpets.
When I heard the advertisement on the radio for 3 rooms for $99 I was very excited. I am retired on a small income and my carpets were small and not too soiled. When the cleaner came he said there would be an extra charge for for deep cleaning of $35 a room and $ for carpet protector. That triples the cost of the carpet clean. $300 is not what I expected or could pay. The technician reduced some of the costs.
The cleaning was done well but I felt there had been gross false advertising. It was like we're here for $99 but to really clean you carpets it will cost a lot more.
