Our carpets look great!! We had many soiled areas from older dogs and so far so good, no wicking from the stains.
My husband and I had a rug cleaning business back East and would have loved to have an employee on staff as Stephen.

I'm usually very pleased with the outcome of the carpet cleaning. Zach and Jared were very nice, courteous and professional. I just wasn't really pleased with how the carpet looked after they finished. Prior technicians have been able to get up dirty areas that I guess Zach and Jared were not able to get up. Chem Dry cleaned our carpets in February, and they were able to clean the areas in question removing all dirty area spots. I don't know what happened this time, but I wasn't really pleased with the outcome.

Listed Phone number seems like it is not valid and gets forwarded on. The estimator was nice and also preformed the floor cleaning then, as opposed to the Wednesday scheduled date.

Did an amazing job cleaning carpets and tiles
We have 3 bedrooms, but one bedroom has such a minimal amount of carpet to clean it should not be counted as a room. It is an extremely small room with a bunk bed. I had no problem with the price, but when the techs said it would be extra to clean the walk in closet in the master, which is small as well, I was a bit annoyed. The total square footage of the closet plus the carpeted area in my daughters room is still smaller than most bedrooms.
I get the policies, and the rules, but it still seemed messed up to me.
