Zerorez sent a young man by the name of VICTOR .HE was without a doubt the best carpet cleaning PROFFESIONAL CLEANER THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. THE JOB WAS DONE TO PERFECTION!!! WHEN I USE ZEROREZ AGAIN IT WILL ONLY BE DONE BY REQUEST OF COURSE BY THIS YOUNG MAN. BEST CARPET CLEANER AND BEST CARPET PROFESSIONAL CLEANER I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF USING. ALREADY TOLD 5 OR 6 PEOPLE ABOUT THE COMPANY AND OF COURSE VICTOR. PS IVE LIVED IN VEGAS SINCE 1982 HOPE THIS YOUNG MAN NEVER LEAVES YOUR COMPANY AN ASSET INDEED THANK YOU. SCORE 15 OUT OF 10.
The price increased over 15% from last year. Bring the prices back down a little bit or stop raising them so high each year.

Your area rug prices are ridiculous! I don’t feel my carpet looks any better than when I clean it with my home shampooer.
Workman was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a clear manner and did a very good job of cleaning our carpet and rugs.
Michael showed me all the pet stains that were from previous renters and our current dog stains. He charged me extra to treat stains. I bought a black light that he recommended. The stains looks exactly the same. There were no odors prior to cleaning. Disappointed in the extra cost. I would like a refund for a service that didn't work. Please advise.
There were some areas that I knew would pose a challenge but Casey delivered excellent results

not pleased with the cleaning...carpets were left with staining and outdoor furniture dried with water spots...a credit for master carpet cleaning and outdoor furniture cleaning

I’m very happy with Zerorez the only thing is I wish they would rake the carpet like they used to when finished. The last two guys did not take it would dry even faster if they rake the pile up.

The carpets a clean and they dry quick. The agent who cleaned my carpets was efficient and did a great job.
A little more attention to detail would have been appreciated. I had two wool area rugs and a chair cleaned. While they do looks cleaner and brighter I had to point out a few areas on each item to go over. The man was very nice and happy to go over some spots but since it was such a small job making more than one pass over the rugs and not rushing would have provided a better end result.
Our tech Ray was really nice and professional. Will have him back to clean our grout soon. Love zero Rez ! Only one negative. Our carpet is crunchy in some areas. This happened last time too. Not sure why.
My tech was very efficient and professional during my cleaning. Though they give such a large window for the appt. and then arrive near the back end of the appt. time, they did a great job with the service.
Its been over a week now and the carpet still looks and smells like it was just done today, excellent job on a tough carpet with lots of traffic.
