My carpet was soaked for over 8 hours and it felt very crusty when dry.. was just very disappointed and feel like my carpets were not cleaned.
Chris was very knowledgeable and showed me the process, which was great to actually see the product doing it's job.

Your technician was terrific, fast and efficient. Our "old" carpet is clean and look new. The idea of no remaining residue is icing on the cake.

When the rug dried I saw complete dirty spots in front of my patio door and also in front of my sofa. The path from hall to bed room is also noticeable. It was done much better last year as I remember the young man telling me how he was doing the bad spots. I am very pleased with my sofa.

The tech was amazing, friendly, and honest. He educated us on the difference between Zerorez and other companies. Unlike most workers, he truly believes in what Zerorez offers which makes you trust the company more. He did not try to lie about certain stains (mustard) that were never going to come off the carpet. Besides the mustard stain the carpet is way cleaner than before.
