Service was perfect, specialist showed up in a perfect time just as scheduled. He came in and observed the areas I wanted cleaned, and made it happen. Service was done in a timely manner and he made sure it was done correctly. Will always have Zerorez come back for future cleanings.
The job was not completed as advertised. The website reads an all inclusive 3 step process, and I only received 2. A pre-spray and the The carpet clean. When I called about the problem, I was told the agitated brush was a additional cost that wasn't even offered by either the sales rep or the service person. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told several times, one is not available but they would have one call. I never received a call about my concern. Your customer service is absolutely atrocious. During my last call to request my money be returned, one rep told me a supervisor wasn't in, so I asked for the corporate number, and when I called the so called "Corporate" number it was directed to the same office I had just called, but now the supervisor Martha was magically there, but unavailable to speak because she was "busy" so I even offered to wait on hold but the rep said she's too busy to speak to me... Anyhow, On the invoice it says we have a 15 day money back guarantee but you can tell they are trying to avoid you in hopes that the 15 days will pass to keep your money. I have received my money back because of persistence and still never spoke to a supervisor or manager which says a lot about this company. I will, and have been telling everyone I personally know, not to use your service, as well as reported Zerorez to the BBB because of this ordeal. Not that it matters at all to whomever is reading this, as a customer means nothing to this place. But yes, a Zero is a very fitting rating for this ordeal. Terrible...

Zerorez...(1) I thought that meant there no 'res' after the cleaning. The Technical advised me I should vacuum all the rugs cleaned after they were dried to remove the residue from the cleaning. So, I vacuumed before to prepare for cleaning, and now am re vacuuming after the cleaning. I was never advised to do this with other cleaners. So, what's up w/ the name?? Zerorez if there is no residue? Name is deceiving. (2) After the Technician left I found apparent cleaning solution on my tile floors in the entryway and also on the flooring in my living room. This meant I was scrubbing my floors the day after Zerorez left. So not only was I re vacuuming my floors & rugs the day after your service, but also scrubbing my floors in an attempt to remove this this cleaning solution. Certainly there must be a way for Zerorez to prevent this leaking while doing professional cleaning service.
Zack cleaned our ceiling vents and ducks along with our dryer vent that was our first appointment he suggested lifetime filters that we bought and he installed. I was having a lot of allergy problems ie itchy eye and lots of sneezing and upper respiratory problems. Wow!!! What a difference!! No itchy eyes or sneezing!!!! The air is fresh and clean! Our next appointment was to get our carpet and tile/grout cleaned OMG!!! After 15 years we knew the grout needed cleaning and resealed but wow! It’s literally back to what it looked like when we moved in brand new 15 years ago! Thank you Zack your attention to every detail makes you the best of the best. I love Zerorez! They are a total package!
