The few stains we had did not even lighten which was the reason for using your service.

I thought that with cleaning the carpets the perfume smell would leave. And the technician even saw where the spill was.
But it still smells,
It was generally ok. But I was mainly getting the carpet cleaned to have the perfume removed because I am very allergic to perfume.

We have a dog and she has had a few accidents on the carpet. Your technician was able to get all the spots out of the carpet. It’s looks almost new.

I don't know what you need to do to improve. The carpet looks very good and the tile looks a lot better than it was. Price difference between doing carpet and tile was large. I'll just need to get the carpet done more often than the tile to keep things affordable.

We’ve been using Zerorez for 10 plus years. Very happy with service and affordability.
Will was great to talk to and did a great job cleaning the carpets. I trusted him as he said he’s been with you for 10 years. I didn’t really walk around as the carpets were wet, once they dried I checked everything. I notice in quite a few wall corners he had drug the hose against the wall and left marks or rubbed paint off. I called in same day and was simply told sorry and I’ll mention it to management. This was days ago and nothing. I went to home depot and bought dry wall spackle, and paint. I tipped Will 50%, a 50% refund would be good.
The first time I used you the service rep was good and no scratches, odd it happened this time with a seasoned service rep.
Rugs lone look so clean and refreshed without any strong fragrance due to lack of detergent. The man who did the cleaning was super polite and hard working also.
It was OK. A little picey.
The technician, Angel, was polite and friendly. He went to work quickly and was thorough and efficient.
Angel explained the products and procedures he would use before he began cleaning. When he was finished, he re-iterated why there would be no harmful odors or side effects. Zerorez is, and has, a fantastic product!

Carpet cleaning was great. Customer service was poor. Last guy that came checked for pet stains, showed me where they were. He gave me tips on how to stop dogs. He told how to care for carpet after cleaning. Told me to be cautious and not slip. He went above and beyond. This guy said nothing. Only thing he said was let us know when we can clean your grout. Would not want him back.
I called zerorez the day before and got a last minute appointment. They were very professional, quick, and went above and beyond. So far, I haven’t seen any issues with the carpet cleaning.
We have used Zerorez multiple times and they always do a great job for us. We would not use any other company for our carpet cleaning needs.

The technician, Jordan was respectful by calling ahead and letting me know he was on the way. I have kitties and he made sure the they didn't get out while he was working.

I’ve been with Zerorez for at least 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else for any of their services. I’ve had duct work done, cleaning tile, carpets, cleaning showers and upholstery and they are the best. Best cleaning and customer service. The tile floors look brand new after they’re done and so do the carpets. My carpets were 23 years old and after I’ve had them cleaned, people asked when I got new carpets. They are the best.
