The cleaning tech went really fast and initially felt he cleaned well but the more it dried you could see the spots he didn’t clean and or minor spots that should of came up during the steam cleaning process. Not sure I would use this company again. I feel the carpet cleaning was rushed and areas were definitely missed.

Zerorez does the BEST job of cleaning our carpets! Our technician, Jordon, was amazing - and probably one of the best we've ever had from Zerorez. He was incredibly professional, POLITE, crazy hard-working, and he did an amazing job on our white carpets. Give that guy a raise!
On a contradictory note, I googled "Zerorez" to schedule our initial service, and got fooled by the first (clearly purchased) Google hit of "0 Residue carpet cleaning". It didn't even dawn on me that it wasn't Zerorez that I called, and when the 2 techs showed up 2 HOURS LATE, I realized they weren't from Zerorez and they kept insisting that they did the same type of carpet cleaning as Zerorez. They were rude, aggressive, and did some damage to our property when they backed their van up onto the rocks in our front yard. I believe you are suing "0 Residue" for trademark infringement - as well you should! If you need another customer who felt misled by their similar trademark, I will be happy to testify against them.

the floor in the master bathroom was very sticky and it had been over an hour before anyone walked on it. the tile from the front door to the kitchen does not look like it was sealed. And the floor in the family room shows every step and the steps of the dogs. For the huge amount I paid for this service i am not at all pleased with the results. I was going to have our carpets cleaned but not sure i want to do any more business with your company.
