Your salesman up sailed like crazy and then we say yes, and it doesn’t even look like he cleaned my carpets. He arrived and left within 40 minutes that was set up and tear down and clean carpets in 40 minutes yeah no Bueno

The cleaning did "zero" for my sofa and chair and may have actually made my furniture look worse. I had previously had the same furniture cleaned by ZEROREZ and I was extremely happy with the result. Before contacting your company this time I had has one cushion dry cleaned and it came out beautiful. I don't think your company used the recommended solvent, I hate the result and will never recommend your business.
The service was excellent. My tile and grout look brand new as does the carpet, couch and recliner.

I like that my rugs didn’t need to leave my house and the process is quick and very reasonable pricing. Plus there are add ons like spray for my cats dander so that people with allergies don’t feel as bad.
The technician was great very professional ...carpet was dry in a couple of hours ..and gave me booty's to be able to walk on the carpet before it was dry..

The tech did an amazing job for us. The tile floors and carpets look and feel great. The price, however, was surprisingly high. $1,550 for three hours. It's a big house, so I get that it would cost extra. But that's a lot of money. I'd have a hard time recommending you without at least telling people how much it's going to cost them.
I love Zerorez. My carpet is very old, yet you guys always do a great job. Over the years, I have not experienced any better carpet cleaning service, even at higher prices. My service tech this time was very helpful to this old guy, helping me move some of the furniture. He was very careful not to leave any overflow on the tile. That was very thoughtful. I will happily continue to use Zerorez. THANK YOU!
