My carpet feels cleaner and sanitized
The technician was prompt and quick - he helped me decide what level of cleaning I needed and left my carpets perfectly clean!

I had 5 bedrooms, a hallway and stairs cleaned. The technicians were done in one hour. That tells me the quality of service was not good. I have used Zerorez several times in the past and they have never finished that quickly.
When you get a great technician who really puts in the effort Zerorez is amazing. I've used them a bunch of times and always great. Except the last time.

Loved that Fab came early, quickly cleaned the carpet in the 5 rooms and also did the stairs that I forgot to put on the order. The carpet stayed wetter longer than I remembered in other cleanings even with the fans on in each rooms.
There are some areas of grout that still look dirty. They are dark, whereas other spots are a medium tan. Also, the cost for cleaning tile seemed very excessive.
For the most part, the carpet cleaning was good. I won’t know for sure until I vacuum it once it dies completely. There are some padding areas under the area carpets which are still damp, even after 24 hours.
