I have a dog and was hoping to make this a regularly scheduled occurrence to keep my couch clean. Even though we were told it would take multiple hours, the guy was done in 30 min. My boyfriend asked him to run through another time and he did. When I got home and inspected the couch I saw there was plenty of dog hair left behind, and the couch was not cleaned as well as I'd hoped. Will be looking for another company or buying my own machine moving forward. This doesn't look like a professional job to me.

It was best service I every got ! Bernardo who was On time , hard working, polite, and did a professional job. He called before arrival and was on time, and worked at the job in a timely manor and truly a great job. His skills on cleaning carpet were exceptional. He also recommend the floor tile grot be cleaned and made me understand how the cleaning works. He done a great job. All future work will be done only by Bernardo. Our technician was incredible - his work was top notch and he was so courteous and communicative. I could not be happier with the work that was done!!
Seems like a nice pet but he went over the carpet and left an obvious spot and he also left residual water on the floor. Maybe he should clean carpets outside and not in the house. Can cause the nice wood flooring to have water problems
