The carpets I had were badly stained and I could not believe that the Zerorez process made the carpets look brand new. Also, the grout cleaning and sealing has made my tile floors look brand new. Great customer service and communication throughout the process.

Friendliness of technician.

The technician was friendly and helpful.

Price quoted over the phone ended up being double during service. Was told carpets would take 4 hours to dry, took almost 10 hours. Was told tech would move furniture but they would not due to risk. Then tech ended up breaking a floor lamp bumping into it and knocking it over. This carpet is only a few years old but had a sort of wet dog smell after service.

I think the 8.00 charge for fuel looks petty. That is a holdover from the time when gas was very high and even if it isn't a holdover it still looks pretty bad. Just a way to gouge some more money out of the customers. I don't remember there ever being a charge like that in the past when I have used Zerorez. Also, we had very tiny pet stains (the size of a half dollar or less) and were charged 35.00. I could see if there was poopy stuck in the carpet but we have two baby guinea pigs. I would have just cleaned them up with a bit of water and detergent if I knew they were going to glow as a pet stain. The same thing with the bit of cat hairball (that was picked up long ago) that came out as a bio-stain. Those "stains" would have come out with a regular zerorez wash. I am not very happy and felt like I was getting gouged. I will think twice before I use you again. It is a shame since I really love the job you do.

Natural clean, no residue or after smell, use them every year!

Service techs are on time, work efficiently, clean up after themselves, and are personable. I like the idea of no residue left behind in my carpets, and I also like the job they did on my air duct cleaning. I have already recommended them to others.
