Cut the "window" time of arrival down. Make sure techs arrive within window. Better, more knowledgable customer service on the phone.
I spent a lot of money to deal with dog urine in expensive - nearly new carpets from a previous tenant, (which was not severe). After the carpets were cleaned the odor worsened even once dried. Now I must replace all the carpets.
Even though it took two treatments to get the odor out of my carpet, I was very impressed with the customer service following my initial dissatisfaction with the cleaning

We had you come out to clean the carpets on a used fifth wheel trailer we had just purchased.
Given, the trailer is a 2007, and i have no idea how well the previous owners cared for the carpets.
However, after the cleaning was completed, i honestly could not tell ANY difference! It was as if, no one ever did anything to the carpets, and i just threw away that money i paid you!!
The only positive was that the crew was very fast and friendly.
Prompt, professional employees that were clean, clean cut and polite in my home. Needless to say I have used other companies and was troubled by the sketchy employees who showed up. The two gentlemen that showed up from Zerorez were professionals And represented the business with pride! I will definitely recomend Zerorez to my colleges and peers. We paid a significant amount more to have the "pet" treatment and all it did was soak the carpets and make the smell twice as bad as it was before.

You just use water with no chemicals
I have been using ZeroRez for years. It is by far, hands down, without question the best carpet cleaning service and method available and I have used them all. Best thing about ZeroRez, is the carpet stays cleaner MUCH longer than any other because they don't use soap so no residue is left on the carpet to attract dirt.

I was expecting my 1 yr old carpets to come out a lot cleaner. the tech was very helpful and actually went over a few areas more than once to try to get my carpet cleaner. we just purchased our carpets for two separate houses in June of 2014 and they are high end stain resistant carpets so my wife and I were expecting the results to be a lot better. we never wear our shoes in the carpeted areas of our house but the high traffic areas still showed signs or dirt. the warranty on both house carpets require a professional cleaning once a year so next year I will try a different company and hope to get better results.
The speed, efficiency, and friendliness of the staff and crew were amazing. I will definitely use the services again.
