I found your cleaning process not to be any better than other companies I have used in the past. The technician I believe his name is Dale was professional and courteous, explained the process. We agreed on a price for added services, but for $350 I would expect better results. Two out of the four rooms still have strong pet odors, and I can still see some slight staining on those rooms. The technician work on a troubled spot, alerted me to it and was able to get it resolved was satisfactory results. I understand that pet odors are hard to get out but I believe my issues could be resolved.
As a homeowner it is also frustrating the fact that you are moving out all the furniture vacuuming all the carpets vacuumed again and set up the furniture back again. Carpets do not dry and 4 to 6 hours more like 24 hours so therefore you are living with everything in disarray. Also the technician did not have a UV light so I could see where the pet stains were.
If you want to make things right have somebody return and take care of the spots that I'm not happy with or you can give me a bunch of mumbo-jumbo why the stains are still there.
Products -- You made my 19-yr-old carpeting look brand new!! Stains are gone, color is still like new and texture has come back from its grave!! It is absolutely amazing.
Services -- Roy did my carpets this time. He was so knowledgeable and listened to my needs. He made sure I was totally content with the end product, and even tho it was about 5:00 p.m. before he arrived, he was bright and alert and ready to tackle my dirty carpet.
However, even tho Roy could not have been a better representative of Zerorez, every single representative I have had over the years has been the same. One of the finest companies I have worked with over the years.
I could not see that you results were any different than Stanley steamer.
I thought u carpet was going to be back to looking like new so my expetations were to high.
The technicians were friendly and very professional. They explained what they would be doing. They finished the job in a timely manner and did a great job on the carpets.

My carpet looks great and stays clean
I'm very happy with the cleaning of both the carpet and also upholstery cleaning. I've been using Zerorez for several years now. I had them when I had my trilevel home and and now since I've downsized to an apartment.
We will show you before doing the work what it will look like, what the difference is in the extra costs.
All questions were answered politely, patiently,and professionally without rush by Juan. Good work ethic. We were impressed by the very fact that he asked if he could use the restroom and which one.

Service was great after they showed up 4hours past the window time. Only offered $25 off on the phone said the cleaner had a flat tire which was probably a lie. Everyone knows the cleaning can go overtime. My problem was why lie for 1 and how do we get a call at 10am saying guy had a flat, when we have an 8 to 11 window and you start at 8am. We had 2 rooms and 16 stairs no hallways even. Truey I think they forgot about us. Then Will which was very aplogetic, complimentary and thorough did an awesome job!! I would recommend him for service.
The lead tech was very good and helpful.....everything he said he would do he did. Luis Meza was great.

Although my carpets definitely seem cleaner, 90% of the pet stains I specifically wanted (and paid additional for) to be treated are still very visible. The tech warned me that a few had stained, likely due to previous treatment, but I don't believe any of them were actually removed and I'm certain they were not all previously treated. I would like to have the carpets retreated in the areas that stained in an effort to remove them. For $450 and hours of moving furniture, I'm pretty unhappy with what they look like.

The service was excellent, and the carpet looks beautiful....we are proud to entertain guests now....Service Tech was very nice and a pleasure to work with!

Techs are always very professional and results are usually very good. I have recommended Zerorez to several friends. In fact my Boss used your Company just before our service date and was also happy with the results. I have used Zerorez several times and plan on continuing to do so.
More competitive/lower price for upholstery cleaning.
Service was exceptional and very considerate to the needs of our family. i greatly appreciated the time that was spent in making sure that I was satisfied with the work that was being performed. I have a damaged leg and the representative of your company was nice enough to take pictures as progress shots showing me the difference in before and after.
The true test is how things will look in the coming weeks. Look forward to feeling the same over time with the products used on my flooring. I truly hope that my families allergy epidemic will dissipate due to the suggestions by your company.
