I liked the way your representative explained everything and the cost before starting the work. He was very personable and did a good job.
Your technicians were very professional and they took extra care not to mark up my walls or other flooring. My carpet came out clean and then they showed me what they could do with my tile flooring and after that I paid to have them clean the tile as well.

Easy to schedule. Technicians arrived within the service window provided & called 10 minutes before arriving to let us know they were on their way. They were professional, personable and did a great job cleaning our carpets. I am a repeat customer & will continue to utilize Zerorez for future carpet cleaning needs.
Luis Meza and the fellow he was training were very friendly and did a terrific job - the carpet looks great! We also got the fiber protectant for the heavily traveled areas - a wise choice, no doubt.

Good deal, but $5 a step seems a bit much. It would cost me over $100 just to have my stairs cleaned, so I skipped it this time.

Stop the in house up-selling. If I wanted scotch guard, I'd ask, If I wanted my spots treated for $35.00 each, I'd ask. And I don't really like how they can discount that fee right away when you say no the first time. (and the second)

The technicians were well-informed about the products and services and knew how to deal with the problems I was experiencing. They were very courteous and on time. The completed job (carpet, tile and grout) definitely met my expectations.
Love the final product. Also love the professionalism of your employees and the small details, like corner wall protectors put in place and foam furniture protectors put on the legs of the furniture to protect it from the damp carpets.
